Nurture a Child
A charity dedicated to promoting and assisting the
development of opportunities for children and young people.
Our aim is to improve the confidence, aspirations, life chances and
advancement of young people through exposure to education, business,
sports, arts, culture and science.
Not every child gets an equal start in life, but they all deserve the same chances and opportunities.
What We Do
Nurture A Child was established by Eman Allam-Forster, a dedicated and compassionate individual who has significant personal experience in helping and working with looked after children. Eman mentored at Hull Children’s University and has a passion for helping and developing young people. It is Eman’s firm belief that while not all children get an equal start in life, they all deserve the same chances and opportunities.
Partnerships
Nurture a Child works alongside local authorities, organisations, partner agencies and other charities to provide young people with special opportunities. We’ve recently worked with Howden’s Joinery, McDonald’s and the HEY Smile Foundation to change young people’s lives.
Projects
Nurture a Child has a fantastic history of supporting young people, both on an individual basis and in group settings. We provide annual support during our Christmas campaign and work on a case by case basis throughout the year.
